1. Sender is entitled to proof of delivery in the form of a Consignment Note, receipt, or shipping slip.
2. Sender must provide details of sender, receiver, item name, weight, quantity, price, postal code, email, phone, and reason for export.
3. Content of the goods is based on the Sender's declaration. Any discrepancy is the full legal responsibility of the Sender.
4. USAHAKURIR reserves the right to open or inspect shipments in the presence of the sender to ensure information accuracy.
5. USAHAKURIR reserves the right to reject shipments that do not match the physical condition or violate laws and regulations.
6. USAHAKURIR is not obliged to provide compensation for:
- Technical risks of machinery/electronics (TV, Refrigerator, Computer, etc.) during transport.
- Delays caused by Force Majeure.
- Seizure by government agencies (Customs, Police, etc.).
- Natural disasters, riots, war, or piracy.
- Unclear address or missing receiver phone number.
7. Prohibited items: Oxidizing materials, wet batteries, frozen/wet food, liquids (Domestic Air), explosives, weapons, live animals, cash/securities, pornography, narcotics, jewelry, and Kratom.
8. Values above IDR 500,000 should be insured. Otherwise, max compensation is IDR 1,000,000 (Domestic) or USD 100 (International).
9. International shipments must include Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and MSDS (for medicine/cosmetics).
10. Commercial Invoice must be filled in English (Typed): Price, Quantity, Content, and Reason for Export.
11. Shipping costs do not include Duty & Tax in the destination country, which is the Receiver's responsibility.
12. Procedure for filing claims for damaged or lost goods:
- USAHAKURIR only accepts claims for damaged goods no later than 2 x 24 hours after receipt via email to info@sai-transport.com. Beyond that deadline, goods are considered received in good condition.
- Mandatory to attach photos of the package upon receipt before the packaging is opened and photos after the packaging is opened.
- Loss or damage report signed by the USAHAKURIR Officer or Partner who delivered the package.
- ORIGINAL USAHAKURIR Airwaybill or STT.
- ORIGINAL RECEIPT of the purchase for the lost or damaged goods.
- Police loss report for lost items as an attachment for insurance claims.
- USAHAKURIR only accepts claims for lost goods no later than 14 calendar days from the date the goods should have been received via email to info@sai-transport.com.
